We have dealt with a few Realtor's while we had our home on the market but none can hold a candle to not only the effort Jen put in, but maybe most importantly of all...the time she put in.
While our home was on the market we still had tenants living in the home, not the easiest tenants to work with either. Jennifer personally took care of so many issues that had come up involving them, this really took a load of our end here in AZ. Overall we were very pleased with her services and she is truly a professional that knows how to get the job done. We highly recommend her for any home you may be listing or selling. Her positive "can do" attitude is one hard pressed to match.

As a realtor, Jennifer Stark helped us tremendously when looking for and purchasing our first home. Ms. Stark was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. She explained the new home buying process to us from start to finish. She helped us find a local lender to help with our pre-approval and pre-qualification.
We were in the market to buy a new construction home. We came to Abilene in September and Jennifer drove us around and introduced us to several builders. When we selected our builder and had to leave town, she kept us updated weekly on progress via telephone calls and emails, including pictures of construction in each stage.
Due to inclement weather in December when we PSC'd into Dyess AFB, our house was still not complete. Jennifer continued to maintain contact between us and the builder and was instrumental in keeping the project on track through its final completion, including minor problems which were discovered after closing.
We highly recommend Ms. Stark, knowing that if you choose her to be your realtor, you will be as pleased and as satisfied as we continue to be.
